Accounting Coordinator/Office Manager
We are seeking a customer service oriented, motivated, team player who displays initiative and responsibility towards achieving goals to be part of our team!
The Accounting Coordinator/Office Manager assists and supports the Controller to ensure that all financial and administrative functions are completed in an accurate and timely manner. Responsibilities include:
Processes Accounts payable/receivable, issues and records purchase orders, reconciles statements, payroll and job costing and other reporting as needed.
Efficient and helpful handling of client inquires and scheduling of appointments as needed.
Creates and maintains vendor and client files and company documents accurately in accordance with company policies. Ensures proper inventory of company forms and office supplies and monitoring maintenance of office/administrative equipment.
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with a major in Business, Accounting or Finance and 1-2 years’ experience in accounting. Additional equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel.
- Proficiency in MasterBuilder or equivalent accounting software.
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Detail-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to organize and establish priorities
- A team player with the ability to listen and problem solve

Remodeling Design Consultant
We currently have an opening in our office for a Remodeling Designer. This is a position that requires design experience, entrepreneurial drive, strong communications abilities and a commitment to excellence.
We connect potential clients to you and a large number are from referrals from our happy clients. Training, education and continuous training are provided.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience with residential clients. Success in this position requires: proven direct to homeowner experience, strong interpersonal skills, effective listening and questioning skills, empathy and a sense of humor. Portfolio of built design work and/or Degree in Interior Design a plus. Kitchen/bath design experience and credentials such as CKD, CBD, CAPS a plus.
This is a full-time position with benefits including: Medical, Dental, 401k with matching, and FSA.
